A little about me....I live in a small town just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my love of my life, Chris, my 2 teen boys, Dom and Connor, and my BFF Silver Lab, Graysen.I am a registered nurse of 25 years, a certified health coach and certified in holistic nutrition.
My wellness journey started over 11 years ago when I was at my breaking point. I was so exhausted that I actually looked forward to going to bed as soon as I woke up in the morning and the weight that I gained with my second baby was not budging 2 years later. I am so grateful for these struggles because my true passion blossomed in helping others take out the guesswork in fitness and nutrition using their DNA and learn how to stack healthy habits in a simple and sustainable way. This allows you to build wellness in a busy life.


My Services.
1. Individual DNA Deep Dive Coaching Program
I offer 3-month and 6-month coaching programs based on individual nutritional and fitness DNA. This is ideal for someone that is seeking to understand exactly how their body works, looking for a healthier lifestyle, wanting accountability and a long-lasting sustainable lifestyle.
2. Individual Nutritional Health Coaching Program
This is the perfect program for those that love accountability and need help figuring out where to start with nutrition. Goals are tailored to each individual's needs. This type of program lasts 3 months.
3. Individual Detox Coaching Program
This is a 3-month or 6 month coaching program that is perfect for individuals that want to learn the why and how to detox their lifestyle. This is for individuals that are starting at ground zero and for those that may have started the process of living a cleaner life but need guidance and accountability.
4. Epic Pantry Clean out Session
This is a 30 minute 1 on 1 session for individuals that look in their pantry and wonder is this good for me? Or maybe need help understanding the food they eat? This is a great way to find those healthy delicious alternatives to the foods one enjoys and make wellness a lifestyle and not a life sentence.
5. Online Fitness Program
This is for the individual that wants to workout anywhere, anytime. All personalized workouts in one place, all on a mobile device, integrated food log and activity tracker. Everything you need to be held accountable and build wellness in a busy life. This type of program lasts 3 months or longer.
6. Lean30 Program
This is for the individual looking for a simple step by step sustainable fat loss program. This program explains how to build your meals and snacks in an easy way that is designed to melt inches. This program focuses on habit stacking and an 80/20 lifestyle. This program is a 30 day program but can be extended.
